Ann Arbor, MI: Vic & Val Rosenberg

Visit with old friends Victor and Val Rosenberg. We were all students at the University of Chicago. Vic and Susan were both at the Graduate Library School, in the early days of library automation. Vic wrote programs for Johan as he began using computer generated design for sculpture and wall pieces. This was back in the day when programs were entered on punch cards, and the results clattered out on line printers.

The results of their early research and production eventually led to Johan's participation in the Cybernetic Serendipity exhibtion, and the E.A.T / MoMOA exhibition.

Discoveries: Vic had a stash of old pictures taken during a trip we all took to Isle Royale, as well as images of Johan's sculpture. He scanned them for us. What a treasure!
